• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 105/60P: 73

  O2: 95

• 4:45pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 4:50pm Diaper is light wet.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Manicotti with spinach cheese and tomato, and 5oz lemon water. Maureen coughed three times during meal.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Barb and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

         Temp: 98.1

         Pulse: 94

        O2: 97

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
