Monday, July 10 Daytime update

• 6:30 am- Maureen is asleep. She is laying on her left side.

• 7:00 am- Maureen is still sleeping.

• 7:30 am- Maureen is still asleep.

• 8:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

• 8:15 am- Maureen is awake now. We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

• 8:30 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was dry, but Joanna and I changed and cleaned her. Applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. We washed Maureen's upper body. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

• 8:45 pm- Breakfast- Oatmeal smoothie, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed three times.

• Daily Miralax dosage- 1/4 cup.

• 9:20 am- Morning oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair after.

• 10:00 am- Maureen is resting in the chair, enjoying Carolyn's company.

• 11:00 am- We transferred Maureen to bed. Her diaper was medium wet and she had a small soft bowel movement. Joanna and I cleaned and changed her. We positioned Maureen on her right side at 11:15 am.

• 12:15 pm- First rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet and she had a medium soft bowel movement. Joanna and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and proceeded with washing Maureen's hair with Ketoconazole shampoo 2%. Headed to the kitchen after.

• 12:40 pm- Dried and styled Maureen's hair.

• 12:45 pm- Lunch- Chicken and onions soup, hummus and parm crisps, steamed carrots, cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed twice.

• 1:30 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down one level for her comfort.

• 2:00 pm- Maureen finished her first lemon water cup.

• 2:30 pm- We transferred Maureen to bed for her second rest break. Diaper was dry. She will lie on her left side for an hour starting at 2:40 pm.

• 3:40 pm- Second rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium. Joanna and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the living room.

• 3:55 pm- Fresh fruit snack- cranshaw watermelon.
