• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure:: 102/60, P 62.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Pot roast with potatoes, carrots and onions, and 3/4 cup of diluted sparkling water. Coughed twice.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a small-soft BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals:

  Pulse: 52

  O2: 97

• Maureen consumed 32 ounces of fluid.
