8:00AM - Maureen is already awake, lying on her left side. No signs of pain or distress noted.

8:40AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:45AM - BP: 100/60, P: 61 bpm

Me and Dalia started to give Maureen a full body bed bath. No redness/rashes on skin. Diaper was dry with very small, brownish spot - vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed her. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen

**Skipped hair wash today since she had it last Saturday.

9:10AM - Breakfast - scrambled egg and pear. Maureen had 8oz prune juice with 1 cap Miralax and Activia yogurt. Coughed 2x

MiraLAX dose today - 1 cap

9:45AM - Administered 10mg Loratadine with yogurt. **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

9:55AM - Oral care.

10:00AM - Eye care and eye drops routine.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

10:30AM - Maureen looking relaxed and sleepy while sitting on recliner, she remained awake the whole time though.

11:15AM - Maureen had 3/4 cup of water.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for the 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We position to face Maureen her right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed Maureen. Got her dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

12:40PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, guacamole and lintel soup. Maureen had a cup of sparkling water. She ate very well. Coughed once.

1:15PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen sitting well, very much awake while listening to the music.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was dry. We position to face her the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, waited atleast 3mins however, still dry. Proceed to get Maureen dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:48PM - Sips of water before fruit (kiwi, pear and melon).
