• Maureen sits comfortably in her recliner watching the game shows.

• 4:40pm Checked diaper, it was dry.

• 4:45pm Blood pressure: 105/64, P 74.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Sloppy Joe, mashed potato and 1/4 cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed once, sneezed three times, runny nose after.

• 5:50pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine w/apple sauce.

• 6::00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper and applied Cavilon cream, redness by the coxis looks fading. Wiped clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. No redness by her armpits noticed.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 96.4, Pulse: 70, O2: 98.
