Monday February 19, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in the recliner watching game show.

• 4:25pm Blood pressure: 108/65, P 68.

• 4:30pm Checked diaper, it’s clean.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Short Ribs Ravioli with veggies and half cup of lemon water. Maureen coughed three times.

• 5:50pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine w/apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:25pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was heavy wet, cleaned/changed and applied Cavilon cream. Wiped clean face and hands then applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: T: 96, O2: 98, P: 65.
