Monday December 12, 2022 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in the recliner.

• 5:45pm We headed to the bedroom for a change. Maureen's diaper is medium wet and she had a small, formed bowel movement - Tom and I performed a clean and change. We headed to the kitchen after.

• 6:10pm Dinner - mac&cheese bake casserole. Cup of water. Two coughs.

• 6:38pm Administered 12.5mL Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with applesauce.

• 6:45pm Oral care.

• 6:50pm Night time facial routine. Vicks applied to chest.

• 7:00pm We headed to the bedroom. Maureen's diaper is dry. Maureen is lying on her left side.

• Vital signs at bedtime: Temp 96.6, pulse 65, O2 96%.
