Monday, December 1, 2025 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 115/70.

  Pulse: 76

  O2: 93

• 4:45pm Diaper is light wet.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Salmon with sweet potato, spinach, and 8oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed twice during meal.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream including lower extremities.

  Temp: 97.3

   Pulse: 64

   O2: 97

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
