Monday, Dec. 8, 2025 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Mareen is lying comfortably on her recliner while having a massage session.

5:00pm Dinner: Spaghetti with meat sauce, and 9oz of lemon water. Maureen coughed three times during meal.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper with a medium-formed BM, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream including lower extremities.

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
