• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 110/61.

  Pulse: 83

  O2: 97

• 4:45pm Diaper is light wet.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Spaghetti with meatballs and 6oz of apple juice. Maureen coughed four times during meal, suction pump used twice.

• 5:55pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:05pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream.  Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream including lower extremities.

  Temp: 98.5

   Pulse: 90

   O2: 94

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
