Monday, Dec. 22, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of any distress. She's on her left side. Tom gave her sips of water via swab.

8:25AM - Maureen's slipping in and out of being awake.

9:00AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position, administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:08AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was lightly wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and proceed to wash her hair.

9:25AM - We transferred to the front room. Maureen took 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear, and 8oz prune juice. Coughed 4x and sneezed once.

10:10AM - Oral care.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:20AM - Neb treatment with albuterol. Maureen's coughing more everytime she drinks liquid, trying to take out the phlegm. Decided to administer to loosen to easily cough it out.

10:40AM - Kanza, RN arrived for Maureen's weekly nurse visit. Maureen's lungs were clear, active bowel sounds.

11:20AM - Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

12:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got dressed and moved to the front room.

12:50PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, mashed avocado, sweet pea soup (blended), and 10oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed 3-4x and had multiple sneezes.

1:45PM - Oral care.

2:30PM - Maureen's relaxed while on chair - watching another Christmas movie.

2:50PM - We transferred her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

3:40PM - Maureen took 9 oz of water with electrolytes. Melon and pear for fruit snack followed.

Total liquid intake - 37 oz
