• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 112/79. P 70.

• 4:45pm Diaper it’s dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Cod with brown potatoes, spinach, and 1/4 cup of ginger tea. Coughed twice.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5 ml Vimpat and 5 mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper it’s dry and clear. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals:

  Pulse: 73
