Monday, Dec. 15, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side, quietly sleeping.

8:25AM - She opened her eyes, no signs of any distress. Receptive to water via swab.

8:35AM - Maureen closed her eyes and back to sleep.

9:15AM - She woke up, still looking sleepy. Coughed once, used suction.

Placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:35AM - Neb treatment with saline.

9:55AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath with warm water and Cetaphil cleanser - skin is clear. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. We dressed her and moved to the front room.

10:15AM - Maureen took 10 oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with butter and grape jelly, pear, and 8 oz prune juice. Maureen coughed 3x, used suction 2x.

10:25AM - Shelly, RN and Meghan, social worker arrived.

T - 97.4

P - 66 bpm

RR - 16 breaths/min

BP - 106/70

** Nurse Kelly advised to atleast give Maureen Neb with albuterol once a day depending on the need.

11:05AM - Oral care.

11:10AM - Eye care and eye drops routine.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

11:25AM - Maureen's eyes closed, taking a nap. Sitting comfortably on her recliner.

12:00PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break is over. We dressed Maureen and proceed to wash her hair.

12:55PM - We transferred to the front room.

Lunch - chicken/rice and veggie soup, mashed avocado and 10oz sparkling water. Coughed 5x (dry).

1:40PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen looking tired, eyes closing for a nap.

2:40PM - Maureen took another 15-20min nap. We transferred her to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:20PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

3:30PM - Maureen took 10oz water with electrolytes. Fruit snack (melon and pear). No coughs.
