• 4:00pm Maureen ‘s sitting comfortably in her recliner watching a game show.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 1111/59, P 70.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Salmón with steamed Brussels sprouts, and 1/3 cup of water. Coughed twice.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transfererred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. Right armfold redness faded almost completely.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
