Monday August 9, 2021 Swingshift summary

4:00pm, relaxing in recliner, watching tv and sipping water every now and then.

6:00pm, Maureen was brought to the kitchen for dinner, lasagna and some of Maya’s homemade soup, and a full cup of water.

6:45pm, 5mg OLANZAPINE with applesauce and 7.5ml VIMPAT were administered.

7:00pm, oral care was performed, a small amount of blood was present when done … could not see where it was coming from. Cleanup followed, then brought to room to get ready for bed.

7:30pm, cleaned and changed medium wet pull-ups, and put some Desetin on her bottom, Vick’s on her chest, and CICLOPIROX on her big toes. Laying on her right side and asleep by 8:00.
