Monday, August 7 Daytime update

  • 6:30 am- Maureen is sleeping, laying on her left side.

  • 7:00 am- Maureen opens her eyes from time to time. She is very calm.

  • 7:30 am- Maureen is back to sleep.

  • 8:00 am- Maureen is in and out of sleep.

  • 8:30 Maureen is still in and out of sleep.

  • 8:40 am- Maureen is waking up.

  • 8:50 am- Maureen is awake and we raised the bed. Administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

  • BP - 125/105.

  • 9:00 am- We started the day. Maureen's diaper was dry. Joanna and I changed it. Cleaned Maureen and applied Cavilon Barrier film and Cavilon cream. We washed Maureen's upper body. The redness on her right armpit is still there. We washed it with warm water and applied Hydrocortisone. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

  • 9:20 am- Breakfast- Oatmeal smoothie, 6 oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax, half of yogurt.

  • Daily Miralax dosage- 1/4 cup.

  • 9:45 am- Administered Loratadin and Metoprolol.

  • 9:50 am- Morning oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down.

  • 9:55 am- Eye wash and eye drops.

  • 10:00 am- Morning facial routine.

  • 10:30 am- Maureen is snoozing in the chair.

  • 11:00 am- Nebulizer treatment with saline solution.

  • 11:15 am- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her first rest break. Her diaper was dry. Positioned Maureen on her right side. She will lie down for an hour starting at 11:20 am.

  • 12:20 pm- First rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was medium wet and she had a medium formed bowel movement. Joanna and I cleaned and changed her. Dressed and headed to the kitchen.

  • 12:35 pm- Lunch- chicken and onion soup, shrimp salad, fermented beets, half of yogurt, cup of lemon water. No coughs.

  • 1:05 pm- Oral care. We reclined Maureen's chair down.

  • 1:30 pm- Maureen is resting in the chair, having some lemon water .

  • 2:15 pm- We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break. Diaper was dry. We positioned Maureen on her left side at 2:25 pm.

  • 3:25 pm- Second rest break ends. Maureen's diaper was dry. We dressed and transferred Maureen to the recliner.

  • 3:40 pm- Fresh fruit snack- melons, pear and kiwi. No coughs.

  • Maureen had very quiet morning, she was sleepy and had a low energy . Coughing was almost nonexistent. Afternoon was a little better, with Luda, Carolyn and Barb visiting. Maureen ate her fruit with excitement.

Saturday, July 25, 2026 - Daytime Update

9:30AM - Maureen's awake and lying on her R side. Observed moaning and kicking her legs when I arrived however, easily drifts back to sleep when she stops moving and/or feels comfortable. 9:55AM - Cu

Tom’s Update 7:00 vitals are … Temperature is 97.7° Pulse is 78 BPM Oxygen level is 94% Sleeping soundly 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably. 10:50AM- Maureen is on her left
