• 4:00pm Second resting break ends. Barb and I clean/change a heavy wet diaper, dressed and headed Maureen to the living room.

• 4:15pm Fruit snack (melon/apple/banana) and 5oz lemon water.

• 4:50pm Administered 7.5ml expectorant and 500mg acetaminophen with apple sauce.

• 5:10pm Dinner: Chicken and broccoli casserole with 4oz lemon water. Maureen coughed four times, mostly dry.

• 5:55pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 6:12pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:15pm Oral care.

• 6:25pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Barb and I clean/change a dry diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

         Temp: 96.7

         Pulse: 74

         O2: 94

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
