• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching TV.

• 4:30pm Blood pressure: 112/58.

  Pulse: 78

  O2: 95

• 4:40pm Saline Neb treatment.

• 4:45pm Diaper is dry.

• 4:55pm Dinner: Orange rougphy fish with mashed potato and asparagus, and 7oz lemon water. Maureen coughed three times (dry), sneezed once and her nose was runny during meal.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

  6:10pm Oral care.

  6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Barb and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

           Temp: 98.1

           Pulse: 86

           O2: 96

  Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
