Monday August 16, 2021 Swingshift summary

4:00pm, Maureen was resting and watching tv, drinking water from time to time, her temperature was 98.3

5:30pm, she was brought to bedroom to change her medium wet diaper, cleaned and dry.

6:00pm, dinner, Carolyn made a casserole consisting of pasta, peas, ground beef and sauce, a green salad accompanied the casserole, a full cup of water was drank as well.

7:00pm, 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding and 7.5ml VIMPAT were administered, oral care followed.

7:45pm, cleaned her face with a warm wash cloth, arms, hands and shoulders too. Changed to a fresh t-shirt and applied Cetafil lotion to her arms, hands and shoulders.

8:00pm, was brought to bedroom in Geri chair, transferred to bed with HOYER lift, heavy wet diaper was removed, cleaned well and dried. Vick’s applied to chest, CICLOPIROX applied to both big toes, laying on her left side, asleep by 8:30
