• 4:00pm Maureen’s sitting comfortably in her recliner having her fruit snack (melon/pear/kiwi) with 5oz of electrolyte drink.

  Oxigen is ON

• 4:30pm Administered 20ml expectorant with apple sauce.

• 4:45pm Blood pressure: 110/82.

Pulse: 74

O2: 98

• 5:00pm Diaper is dry.

• 5:05pm Dinner: Suckeye Salmon with mashed potato and avocado, and 4oz of electrolyte drink. Maureen coughed four times during meal.

• 5:50pm Administered 1-tablet AMOX-CLAV (875/125mg), (crushed) with apple sauce.

• 5:55pm Albuterol Neb treatment.

• 6:05pm Administered 1-tablet 4mg METHYLPREDNISOLONE with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:20pm Oral care.

• 6:30pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Tom and I clean/change a light wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
