Monday April 29, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner watching games show.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Shepherd’s pie, 3/4 cup of lemon wate and mango pie for dessert. Maureen coughed twice and her nose was runny during dinner.

• 6:00pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:10pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. Clean/dry right and left armpit redness, applied nystatin powder.

• 6:50m Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.4, Pulse: 67, O2: 98.
