• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner having a massage session with sister Roberta.

• 4:55pm Diaper is dry.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Ham with baked potatoe, green beans, and 8oz Ginger water with honney. Coughed three times.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream, applied Calazinc to left labia and to left outer anal area fading redness. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities.

• Vitals:

  Pulse: 70

  O2: 99

• Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.
