8:00am Maureen’s lying on her left, sleeping soundly.
8:30am Maureen woke up recently, she was mildly jumpy for about eight minutes and receptive to sips of water afterward.
8:50am Maureen is awake, we raised her bed to administer 75mcg Levothyroxine with apple sauce.
8:55am Blood pressure: 102/60, P59.
9:00am Tom and I started the day giving Maureen a full body bath using a damp washcloth and Cetaphil cleanser, no redness observed. Clean/change a dry diaper with a small-light yellowish vaginal discharge, applied calazinc to left, healing labia, applied Cavilon barrier film to
sacrum, barrier cream to inner thighs area. Dressed and continued to was her hair, then transferred to the living room.
9:25am Administered 10mg loratadine with apple sauce.
9:30am Breakfast: 9oz lemon water, pouched egg, pear, and 8oz prune juice. Maureen coughed twice and sneezed once during meal.
No Miralax administered
10:20am Oral care.
10:30am Eyes wash/drops and facial routine performed.
11:00am Maureen seats relaxed and alert while listening to her playlist.
11:30am Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s first resting break. Clean/changed a medium wet diaper with a medium-soft BM, positioned on her right side.
12:30pm First break ends. Diaper is dry, dressed and headed to the living area.
12:45pm Lunch : Gnocchi with vodka sauce, and 9oz sparkling water. Coughed twice.
Carolyn visits Maureen.
1:40pm Oral care.
Maureen stayed well alert the whole time after meal drinking 8oz of lemon water in the meantime.
2:30pm Transferred to the bedroom for Maureen’s second resting break. Clean/change a heavy wet diaper with small-light yellowish vaginal discharge, re-applied calazinc to left labia, healing redness; positioned on her left side.
3:30pm Second break ends. Clean/change a medium wet diaper, dressed and headed to the living room.
3:45pm Maureen is enjoying her fruit snack (melon/apple/banana), and 2oz lemon water.
Total liquids ingested: 36oz.
