Monday, Apr. 28, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's facing her left side, looking calm while sleeping.

8:30AM - She's still sleeping.

9:00AM - Maureen woke up, no signs of any pain or distress. She had sips of water via swab.

9:10AM - Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/60, P: 67 bpm

9:20AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath. No redness or rashes on skin. Diaper was medium wet with small, brownish vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed, applied Calazinc on labia. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and proceed to wash her hair.

9:50AM - We transferred to the kitchen to dry and style Maureen's hair. She had 10oz of lemon water after and took 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle, banana and 8oz of apple juice. Maureen coughed 3x and sneezed 3x.

10:20AM - Oral care.

10:25AM - Eye care and eye drops routine.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:35AM - Out for a walk! ☀️

11:20AM - Came back from a nice walk. Maureen enjoyed it - weather is perfect.

Neb treatment - albuterol and saline soln.

11:40AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed her on the right side.

12:40PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with very small, cloudy vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed. Dressed Maureen and transferred to the front room.

12:50PM - Chicken-rice soup and avocado. Maureen finished 10oz of sparkling water. Coughed 2x.

1:30PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen was looking relax while on the recliner. No naps since this morning.

2:15PM - We transferred to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position to face her left side.

2:50PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet with small, cloudy vaginal discharge. We cleaned and changed. Got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

3:00PM - Sister Roberta arrived for Maureen's massages.

3:45PM - Fruit snack (banana, apple, melon) time.
