4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

carolyn visited her.

5:00 pm: Dinner: Ribs, broccoli/califlower Mash and Gnocchi prepared by Carolyn.

Maureen enjoined very much :)

She coughed three times during the dinner.

6:05 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:40 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Very wet diaper And large soft bowel movement.

We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed with Aloe Vesta and wipes.

Applied Cetaphil Cream.

Applied Vick’s on her chest.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.
