4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer in the living room.

5:00 pm: Dinner: chicken with rice and broccoli

Maureen coughed five times during the dinner.

Tommy visited Moureen :)

6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Strawberry Jello.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. Medium wet diaper.

We cleaned and changed her. We applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed with Aloe Vesta and wipes.

Applied Cetaphil Cream.

Applied Vick’s on her chest.

Applied Cetaphil Cream to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 95.1

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 62
