Monday 11-3-25 Swingshift summary

4:00 we are sitting in the front room, watching some game shows and enjoy enjoying ASAP of sparkling water every now and then.

5:00 I prepared some dinner for Maureen, Parmesan chicken with noodles is on tonight‘s menu along with 11 ounces of electrolytes mixed with water

5:30 Luda arrives to assist me with cleanup, transfer, and bedtime duties.

6:15 I perform oral care after administering 12.5 mL of VIMPAT and a 5 mg pill of OLANZAPINE. Oral care follows immediately.

6:30 we transferred Maureen to the bedroom, clean and changed a heavy, wet diaper, put the Cavilon lotion in the usual areas and put on a fresh diaper.

Evening finals were as follows;

Temperature was 97.1 Heart rate was 64 O2 was 97

Maureen was placed on her left side, propped up with two wedge pillows and covered up … asleep by 7:15
