Mon. August 22, 2021 Swingshift summary

4:00pm, Maureen just came from the toilet and brought to the recliner, watching tv and sipping water from time to time.

5:45pm, brought to the bedroom, used the Hoyer lift to transfer to the bed, heavy wet pull-ups, she peed again while changing, recleaned and put fresh diaper on. 6:00pm, dinner time, grilled chicken with ferro, asparagus and a full cup of water, she ate very well, good appetite.

7:20pm, 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5ml VIMPAT were administered, oral care, cleanup of face, arms and hands with a warm washcloth, change of t-shirt and applied cetaphil to face, arms and hands.

7:50pm, brought to bedroom, used Hoyer lift to transfer to bed, diaper was heavy wet, cleaned well and changed to a fresh diaper. No redness was observed, so no Desetin applied.

8:00pm, Vick’s applied to chest and CICLOPIROX applied to both big toes. Laying on her left side and asleep by 8:20
