4:00 pm: Maureen is relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

4:55 pm: dry diaper.

5:00 pm: Salmon Casserole with spinach, potatos and carrots. Moureen enjoyed very much😊

10 oz of lemon water

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

6:15 pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon Lotion.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

P- 80

6:50 pm: Maureen is asleep.
