May 5, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably on the recliner.

• 6:10pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. Her pull-up is wet, performed perineal care and put on a fresh pair. Maureen did not urinate or move her bowels.

• 6:40pm Dinner time. Maureen finished 100% of her pot roast, mashed potatoes, and carrots. She also had one cup of water.

• 7:12pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 7:45pm Bed time. Transferred Maureen from day chair to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is dry, changed to a fresh diaper. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is lying on her right side.
