May 4, 2022, Swing shift update

4:00 pm: Maureen was watching her favorite shows.

I massaged her right arm and hand.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: Broccoli cheddar stuffed chicken breast. Maureen was enjoying very much :)

Maureen was coughing only ones during the dinner.

7:00 pm:

7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with applesouse.

7:10 pm : Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:30pm:

Transferred Maureen to the bed. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to the left and right big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temp: 97,6

Oxygen: 95

Heart rate : 67

7:50 pm: asleep
