May 31, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying on the recliner comfortably, watching tv.

• 5:49pm Maureen’s diaper is now wet. Transferred Maureen from recliner to day chair using the Hoyer lift with belt and footrests in place and then from day chair to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is medium wet, and Maureen had a small, firm bowel movement. Cleaned thoroughly and put on a clean diaper. No redness seen. Transferred Maureen to day chair from bed using the Hoyer lift. Safety belt and footrests in place.

• 6:06pm Dinner time. Maureen ate all of her Italian sausage with marinara and potato salad and finished one cup of water. No coughing throughout meal.

• 7:03pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 7:35pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen from day chair to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is dry. applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big to. Maureen is lying on her right side.
