4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the recliner and watching TV.

6:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: Hotdog (beef), potato salad, ketchup.

Not coughing.

7:00 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry yogurt.

7:30 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

7:35 pm: Transfered Maureen to her bed. The diaper was dry.

Apply Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 76

8:00 p.m.: asleep
