May 27, 2021 Swingshift Update

  • 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner, watching the FRIENDS reunion special.

  • 6:05pm Maureen is wet, transferred her to bed using the Hoyer Lift. Cleaned, no redness observed, and put on a clean diaper. Back to day chair using the Hoyer lift.

  • 6:20pm Dinner time. Maureen ate all of her lasagna, baked ziti, and cheese pizza and drank one cup of water. Maureen sat upright through half of her meal and needed assistance of the green wedge pillow towards the end.

  • 7:19pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

  • 7:39pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is dry, no redness observed. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her right side.
