4:00 pm: Maureen started watch her favorite show.

5:00 pm: Dinner: salmon, sweet potatos, broccolli

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with orange cream yogurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bed.

The diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her. We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 80

7:00 asleep.
