May 26, 2021 Swingshift Update

  • 4:20pm Maureen had a nice visit from her friend, Barb. Maureen was talkative and engaged.

  • 6:05pm Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is wet, cleaned thoroughly and changed to a fresh one. No redness noticed. Returned to day chair afterwards.

  • 6:20pm Dinner time. Maureen ate all of her baked ziti and cornbread and had 1 cup of water.

  • 7:26pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and VIMPAT. Oral care after.

  • 7:48pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper is wet, cleaned and put on a fresh diaper. No redness observed, skipped Desitin for now. Vicks applied to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her right side.
