May 23, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is with Paul and Alla changing her diaper in bed. Returned to the recliner afterwards using the Hoyer lift.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen from recliner to day chair and from day chair to bed using the Hoyer lift. Maureen‘s diaper is slightly wet. Cleaned thoroughly and put on a new diaper. Transferred Maureen back to day chair from bed using the Hoyer lift.

• 6:35pm Dinner time. Maureen finished 100% of her Rosati’s pizza and had one cup of water.

• 7:48pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 8:05pm Bed time. Transferred Maureen from day chair to bed using the Hoyer lift. Maureen’s diaper is dry so we decided to leave her clean diaper on from earlier as to minimize movement. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her right side.
