May 5 ,2022, Swing shift update

4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in living room, watching TV and having good time with Carolyn. I massaged her left arm and hand.

6:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Cleaned, changed and applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: tacos from Chipotle . Maureen was enjoying very much :)

Maureen was coughing three times during the dinner.

7:05 pm:

7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with orange yogurt.

7:15pm : Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt.

7:30pm:

Transferred Maureen to the bed. The diaper was dry.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to the left and right big toes.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Temp: 97,7

Oxygen: 99

Heart rate : 70

7:55 pm: asleep
