4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

4:55 pm: We transferred Maureen to the Geri Chair

5:00 pm Dinner: pork, sweet potatos, broccol, carrots prepared by Carolyn.

Maureen did not cough during the dinner.

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with orange yogurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bed.

The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her.

Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Applied Lotion and Vicks on her chest.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 97,4

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 80
