May 17, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in her recliner.

• 5:55pm Maureen is up to the bathroom. Pull-up is medium wet, performed perineal care and put on a fresh pull-up. After waiting 10 minutes, Maureen did not urinate or move her bowels.

• 6:10pm Dinner time. Maureen ate 100% of her chicken broccoli and mozzarella tomato salad and finished the rest of her coconut water and one cup of water. Maureen sat straight in her day chair with the assistance of the green wedge pillow.

• 7:33pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 7:45pm Bed time. Transferred Maureen from the day chair to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is dry, applied Desitin because of some redness in sacral area and put on a fresh diaper. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is lying on her right side.
