4:00 PM: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching her favorite show.

6:00 PM: me and Maya changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet, cleaned her and applied Cavilon lotion.

6:20 pm: Dinner: shrimp and veggies quiche prepared by Carolyn :)

Maureen coughed six times.

7:05 PM: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding.

7:00 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil, Vick's lotion to the throat and chest, changed T-shirt.

7:35 pm: Transfered Maureen to bed. The diaper was dry.

Apply Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows and a white little pillow between legs.

Temperature: 97.3

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 69

7:50 p.m.: asleep
