May 12, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting in the recliner receiving a spa treatment from sister Roberta.

• 4:55pm Maureen began moving about in her recliner so we elected to take her to the bathroom. Pull-up is slightly wet. Maureen urinated a large amount (cloudy) but did not move her bowels. Performed perineal care and put on a fresh pull-up.

• 5:10pm Maureen is sitting in the day chair by the front door enjoying the sunlight and working on her tan.

• 6:20pm Dinner time. Maureen ate 100% of her chicken, onion rings, and coleslaw and had one cup of water. Maureen was once again leaning forward throughout her meal.

• 7:20pm Administered 10mg OLANZAPINE with pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 7:45pm Bed time. Transferred Maureen from the day chair to the bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is dry, changed to a fresh diaper. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her right side.
