March 8, 2022, Tusday, Swingshift Update

4:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in living room and watching her favorites shows.

5:30 pm: Me and Brian transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed her and applied Cavilon Lotion.

5:55 pm: Dinner: chicken with brocoli - prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much :)

Maureen was coughing few times.

It was a cough while swallowing food. Nothing new. During the dinner Sheryl visited Maureen :)

6:25 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with chocolate pudding.

6:40 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:10 pm: Me and Tom transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry

We applied Nystatin Ointment on the belly.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes. Position left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Oxygen: 98

Heart rate : 70

7:20 pm: asleep.
