March 3rd swing shift update

• 5:30pm Maureen is sitting in an upright position on the recliner. Dinner - southwest lasagna with sparkling water.

• 5:52pm Administered 12.5mL Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with applesauce.

• 6:08pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm We headed to the bedroom for the night. Maureen’s diaper is medium wet - Tom and I performed a clean and change. Cetaphil moisturizing lotion applied to face and arms. No vaginal discharge noted. Maureen is lying on her left side with the two green wedge pillows secured behind her back.

• Vitals @ bedtime: temp 97.1°, pulse 61, O2 96%.
