4:00 pm: Maureen was watching TV in the living room.

I massaged her left arm and hand.

5:40 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet: cleaned changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 pm: Dinner: chili mac -prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much :)

6:50 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with orange cream yogurt.

7:00 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:20 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom:

- the diaper was a little wet: cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

- position left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs,

- applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet,

- applied Tolcylen to both big toes,

- temp: 98

-oxygen: 96

-heart rate : 68

8:00 pm: asleep.
