March 28, 2022, Monday, Swingshift Update

4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in recliner and watching her favorite show.

5:45 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet: cleaned changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 pm: Dinner with Tom and Tommy. Maureen ate Chicken with veggie sand rice, prepared by Carolyn. She enjoyed very much :)

6:50 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla/chocolate pudding.

7:00 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:20 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Temp: 97.3

Oxygen: 97

Heart rate : 63

7:50 pm: asleep.
