8:00 am: Maureen is awake, accepting some water via swab.

Tom said that around 7:50 am Maureen woke up and was a little shaky and had a slightly clenched hands. Pulse: the highest was 92, episode lasted 10 minutes.

She sounded like she had the hiccups.

8:20 am: Maureen closed her eyes again.

8:40 am: Maureen is awake. She is ready to start her day. We placed her in an upright position. We administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

9:15 am: Me and Dalia washed Maureen's upper body with warm purple wipes.

Diaper was dry, no discharge.

We cleaned and changed her.

Outside labia appears very light red today. We used Cavilon spray to clean her and applied Thera Calazinc Body Shield.

Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs.

Blood pressure 100/60

We dressed Maureen and transferred to the kitchen for breakfest.

9:40 am: 10 oz of lemon water.

Administered 10 mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

9:45 am: Breakfast : scrambled egg with tomato and onion. Pear and 8 oz prune juice.

Maureen coughed twice during the breakfast. We used section machine and took a flame.

10:15 am: Oral care.

10:25 am: Facial and hand care.

11:00 am: transferred Maureen to the bedroom for the first rest break.

Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her.

11:50 am: first rest break ended.

Diaper was clean and dry.

We headed Maureen to the kitchen for lunch.

12:05 pm: lunch: chicken soup, avocado, 10 oz of sprinkle water.

12:25 am: Oral care.

Maureen is resting in reclainer.

Diaper was very wet.

We cleaned and changed her.

3:45 pm: Fruit snack time (apple and banana).
