4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in recliner and watching TV.

5:45 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. The diaper was very wet: cleaned changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:00 pm: Dinner: Macaronii & Cheese with Shrimps - prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much :)

6:45 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla/chocolate pudding.

7:05 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:25 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was a littlie wet: cleaned, changed, appliedCavilonLotion.

Position left side with two wedge pillows and small white pillow between legs.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

We noticed that the left ankle was swollen.

Oxygen: 97

Heart rate : 72
