4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in living room and watching shows.

Carolyn visited Maureen:)

6:00 pm: we transferred Maureen to the bedroom using the Hoyer lift. The diape was very wet. We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: Spice Chicken - prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much :)

6:50 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry banana yougurt.

7:05 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:30 pm: we transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry. Position left side with two wedge pillows.

Applied Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Temp: 97.9

Oxygen: 96

Heart rate : 66

7:45 pm: asleep.
