March 2, 2023 Swingshift summary

4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably in her recliner, watching her favorite game shows. She is awake and engaging with us , giving smiles every so often.

5:00pm Dinner time, chicken citrus chili with rice is on the menu tonight, c/o chef Carolyn … Maureen and I definitely made the clean plate club!

6:00pm 12.5ml VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with jello, we’re administered , oral care followed immediately, we then transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

6:45pm I assisted Dalia in clean and change of a medium wet diaper, cleaning of arms, hands and face … applied a little NYSTATIN to abdominal fold and Cetaphil to arm, legs and feet.

7:05pm Maureen was laying on her right side with the two wedge pillows supporting her.
